You tell us what you’re looking for. It doesn't have to be fancy—show us your mood boards, a quick sketch, or a photo of something similar you saw once. We’ll talk about your budget and how you plan to use the piece.
The Hunt
Once we’re on the case, we hit the ground. We check our favorite local spots and our digital bookmarks. We check the condition, look into the background of the piece, and make sure it’s a solid fit for your home.
The Match
When we find something that works, we send it over. If you love it, we handle the logistics and the back-and-forth with the seller. You just cover the cost of the item and the shipping.

The Sourcing Fee: $200
This is a flat fee for our time and our effort. It covers the entire search process until we find the right match for your home. Once the item is found, you pay the seller’s price (plus shipping/taxes) directly or through us. No hidden markups. Just a straightforward hunt for the right thing.
